II. OBJECT AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The purpose of these conditions is to regulate the access, navigation, and use of the masterps1 website, as well as the responsibilities derived from the use of its contents. Access to the website and the purchase of products implies acceptance of these conditions.
The Owner reserves the right to modify the presentation, configuration, and content of the Website, as well as the conditions required for its access and/or use. Access and use of the contents and services after the entry into force of their modifications or changes imply acceptance thereof.
III. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
Prices
The prices of the products shown on masterps1 include the Value Added Tax (VAT) in force in Spain at the time of purchase. The prices do not include shipping costs, which will be detailed separately before finalizing the order.
The Owner reserves the right to modify prices at any time, although products will be invoiced based on the rates in force at the time of order registration.

The user may pay the amount of their order using the following payment methods:

IV. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

masterps1 assumes no responsibility when the delivery of the product does not take place as a result of the data provided by the User being false, inaccurate, or incomplete, or when delivery cannot be effected for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company.
V. RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations, the User has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without the need for justification.
To exercise this right, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and with all its accessories. The shipping costs for the return will be borne by the User, unless the product is defective or there has been a shipping error.
Legal Warranty
All products sold on masterps1 are covered by the legal guarantee provided in current legislation (currently 3 years in Spain for new products) regarding lack of conformity that becomes apparent from the delivery of the product.
VI. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
All contents of the Website, including but not limited to texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, as well as its graphic design and source codes, constitute a work whose property belongs to masterps1 or to third parties who have authorized their use, without any of the exploitation rights over them being understood to be assigned to the User beyond what is strictly necessary for the correct use of the website.
VII. EXEMPTION OF LIABILITY
The Owner does not guarantee the continuity, availability, and utility of the Website, nor of the Contents or Services. masterps1 will make every effort to ensure the proper functioning of the Website; however, it does not accept responsibility or guarantee that access to this Website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
VIII. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The relationship between masterps1 and the User shall be governed by current Spanish regulations, and any controversy shall be submitted to the Courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid, unless the applicable Law provides otherwise (as in the case of final consumers).
