Return policy

1. Return period

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order without needing to provide a justification.

2. Product conditions

To be accepted, the return must meet the following requirements:

• The product must be in the same condition as delivered and retain its original packaging and labeling.
• The shipment must be made using the same box or envelope we sent you, or failing that, in a similar format that guarantees the return in perfect condition.

3. Procedure

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision via email at contacto@aelis.es indicating your order number.

4. Refunds

Once the return is received and the condition of the product checked, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or there was a shipping error.
