2. Object
These terms govern the purchase of products through the website https://masterps1.syncmaster.es/. Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions.
3. Prices and Payment Methods
Prices published on the website include applicable VAT (unless stated otherwise). Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed before checkout. Payment can be made using the secure payment methods enabled on the website.
4. Shipping and Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and depend on the transport service. AELIS CONSULTING, S.L. commits to making its best efforts to deliver products within the agreed time but is not responsible for delays due to force majeure or logistical issues beyond the company's control.
5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current European regulations, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without needing to provide a justification.
To return a product, it must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or there was a shipping error.
6. Warranty
All products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in current legislation regarding manufacturing defects.
7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
