I. GENERAL SHIPPING CONDITIONS

At masterps1, we are committed to delivering your products in perfect condition to the address you indicate in the order form. It is important that you provide an address where someone can be present to receive the package during normal business hours.

Shipping Zones

Currently, masterps1 ships to the following zones:

  • Peninsular Spain and Balearic Islands.

  • Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla (subject to special customs conditions).

  • European Union countries (please check specific rates during the checkout process).

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Preparation and Processing Times

Orders received before 14:00 (GMT+1) on working days will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after that time, on weekends, or on public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

During periods of high demand (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or Sales), preparation times may be slightly increased.

II. RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the time of purchase, depending on the total weight of the package and the destination. However, we have the following general rates:

  • Peninsular Spain: Standard cost is 4.95€. For orders over 50€, shipping is FREE.

  • Balearic Islands: Standard cost is 9.95€.

  • International EU: The cost will vary depending on the destination country and will be shown before finalizing payment.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once the order has left our warehouses, the estimated transport times are:

  • Peninsular Shipments: Between 24 and 48 hours (working days).

  • Balearic Islands: Between 48 and 72 hours (working days).

  • International / Canary Islands: Between 3 and 7 days (working days), depending on customs procedures.

masterps1 is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, logistical problems of the transport agency, or the absence of the recipient at the time of delivery.

III. TRACKING AND DELIVERY ISSUES

Tracking Information

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the transport agency's website so you can check the status of your shipment at any time.

Absence at the Time of Delivery

If the transport agency attempts to deliver the package and there is no one at the address, they will leave a notice note or send you an SMS/Email to arrange a new delivery or so you can pick it up at the nearest post office or collection point. After two failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to our facilities.

Transport Damages

If upon receiving your order you observe that the packaging is damaged, open, or dented, it is essential that you note this on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing it. Subsequently, please contact us at contacto@aelis.es within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt so that we can manage the claim.

Customs and Taxes

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or countries outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any potential customs charges and local taxes that may be generated upon the package's arrival. masterps1 has no control over these charges.
